883 Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 883 ("883", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 883.vin. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 883 platform — including the website, mobile browser version and the Android application — you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all game categories available on the 883 platform, including sports betting, slots, live casino, fish games, bingo and the extended bet section. They apply equally regardless of the device you use to access the platform or the payment method you use to deposit or withdraw funds.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 883. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence except where the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy contains provisions specifically required by applicable data protection or consumer protection principles.

883 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

The 883 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. 883 does not permit access by any person under the age of 18, and we take reasonable steps to verify player age during and after registration.

By registering an account you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering and playing voluntarily, for entertainment purposes.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on 883 or any related platform.
• You are the person whose identity details have been submitted during registration — you are not registering on behalf of another person.
• The funds you deposit are yours and have not been obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• You will not use the 883 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

883 does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 883 platform is lawful in your location before registering or playing.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one 883 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, 883 reserves the right to close all secondary accounts, void any bonuses or winnings associated with them and, where appropriate, suspend the primary account pending review.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including a valid phone number and any other details requested for identity verification. Providing false information — including a name, date of birth or contact number that does not belong to you — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 883 account login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 883 support immediately at [email protected]. 883 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

883 may at any time request identity verification documents from you, including a copy of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent Pakistani identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account access being suspended until verification is completed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on 883 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your balance at any stage. The PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your account; the PKR amount you request for withdrawal is the PKR amount sent to your payment method, subject to any applicable processing times.

883 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — real-time bank transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment infrastructure
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — transfers from major Pakistani banks including HBL, MCB, Meezan Bank, UBL and Allied Bank
• Debit Cards — Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. 883 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified in the cashier section at the time of the request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any routine account checks. 883 may place a hold on withdrawals pending completion of identity verification. Funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method that is linked to your verified account identity.

883 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. 883 is not responsible for any charges applied by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

883 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed).
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless specifically stated.
• 883 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before it is claimed if an error in the promotion terms is identified.
• Bonus abuse — including exploiting promotional terms through abnormal betting patterns — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

6 Game Rules and Betting

Each game category on the 883 platform — sports betting, slots, live casino, fish games, bingo and the bet section — operates under its own set of rules. These rules are available within each game or game category and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a discrepancy between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules apply to the specific game in question.

Sports Betting: 883 reserves the right to void, suspend or settle bets at its discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, changes to the rules of an event, or evidence of match manipulation. Settled bet results are final unless a pricing error or technical fault is identified within a reasonable period after settlement. Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and football markets are all subject to the same settlement rules as all other sports markets.

Live Casino: In the event of a technical fault during a live dealer game session, hands or rounds that cannot be completed will typically be void and stakes returned. 883 is not responsible for interruptions caused by your own device or internet connection.

Slots and Fish Games: All outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are not adjustable by 883 or by the player. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

The minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet or per game round are displayed within each game interface. Attempting to place bets outside these limits will be declined automatically by the platform.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

883 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Actions that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Operating duplicate accounts
• Attempting to exploit bonuses or game mechanics through systematic or fraudulent behaviour
• Using automated software, bots or other tools to interact with the platform
• Attempting to collude with other players to obtain an unfair advantage
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Engaging in money laundering or using funds of unknown or illegal origin
• Being found to be under 18 years of age

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the platform will be restricted and withdrawal requests may be held until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is permanently closed as a result of a confirmed breach, 883 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-related funds and, in cases of fraud, any remaining balance.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily can do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the standard withdrawal process.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

883 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or technical faults
• Interruptions to your internet or mobile data connection
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank
• Losses arising from your own decisions during sports betting or casino game sessions
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials

In all cases, 883's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the PKR value of the player's account balance at the time the incident occurred. 883 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

Sports betting and casino games involve financial risk. Outcomes are determined by sporting results or certified random number generation and are not predictable. You accept full personal responsibility for all bets and game decisions made under your account.

11 Amendments to These Terms

883 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last reviewed" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their accounts.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 883 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified balance.
